Great kick up the a**
I think myself as an experienced trainer and could name 10 exercises per muscle group without having to think, but these ebooks have added a new dimension. There are some new exercises but overall it is the structure of the workout and the intensity I’ve been training at. I am four weeks in the shred and already my bulky frame is leaning out the shape is coming. At 102kg and 15% body fat, I am excited to see what happens for the next eight weeks.
It’s been good, I’ve started with push/pull going to do that for 4 weeks. Feel good already, a lot better time wise to train like this atm. Great price and awesome workouts on how to build/shred and how to count my macros properly
