The eBook is nicely organized, good visuals, easy reading. The content of the text seems aimed at beginners or maybe those with some knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology the workout out at 1000 reps is decidedly not intended for beginners, anyone who has limited time, and could very easily lead to over-training by a natural bodybuilder or someone who just wants to look good, not compete. Recommended for Advanced lifters looking to try something different, not recommended for beginners or a recreational exerciser/athlete.
