I’m 17 I thought These e-books were fake with no Knowledge, no exercise, I thought this was all fake but it wasn’t .But Kai Greene is a knowledgeable and creative person, these e-books give you different knowledge that you didn’t know before, GREAT WORKOUT ROUTINE, Gives you knowledge about the body that you’re working, Great eating schedule, meal plans Kai delivers new thing, fresh thing that we need I highly recommend these e-books. From today onwards i started kai greene 12 week bulking program and according to the diet plan i follow all the leads and strting doing exercise from the 1st day i feel pumped on all the body parts which i trained and it feels so good that i can't stopped. At the end of the workout i was ******* tired and it gives me good vibes that today i did some worthy workout.
Books are great but....
I do really like the books. I like the art, the creative story telling, and the information is great. I hate that they're short books and it takes several books just to cover one topic. For the price they're awesome though. I'd love to get my hands on print copies or a consolidated version
