Still in the first week. Definitely excited to see how much it’s going to kick my ***.

i have found the books quite a technical read around anatomy which is great but for inexperienced lifters it is complicated to understand. Some exercises are slightly unconventional which require more time to setup in the gym. Unfortunately i dont have that much time for the setup aspect but i have taken a lot of knowledge from the overall workouts which i am now applying especially on my lagging body parts. I have been lifting consistently for the past 5 years so these books will definitely help me achieve my goal. One negative is that i would have really liked a 10 sec video on how to perform some of the unconventional exercises and setups so if a very small video clip was included id give it 5 stars. Im now interested in purchasing the nutrition books from Kai! Overall for $1 per book, its a steal! biggup Kai Greene..

I saw the difference. My body changed 180° . It's really nice I recommend you guys to purchase them

They aren’t all structured the same so it’s a bit of a wierd read however 8 quid for ten books is a steal and they go quite in-depth on the structure of the muscles and the joints and nerves around them. 9/10 would recommend.

Still reading the E-Books before i start the workouts. So far i love all the detail information. I will begin on Sunday with arms and shoulders..

Not for a beginner or intermediate

After purchasing this I took the exercises I could do at my gym and started doing them and it’s been a week and a half since I bought this and every muscle I’ve been working has been growing like crazy. Purchasing this was definitely worth the 15 because I stopped seeing results and bought this and they came back, 10/10

Great plans

I have been in the fitness industry for nearly 40 years and have collected an extensive library of material. Mr. Greens e-book are some of the finest in my collection. They are extremely informative, and easy to understand for the beginning physical individuals and technical enough for the hard core enthusiast. Illustration are great and the text is cleaver. Everything you would expect from Kai Green.

Really liked the explanations of muscle insertion point and explaining the different factors of each muscle to maximise hypertrophy. Would give it 5 stars if the exercises had some diagrams to go with them as a few seem quite complicated
