Great collection of both motivation and information. Reading through the stories at the beginning is a great motivator to each training day. I'll be looking into the training programs after the six weeks shred.

From today onwards i started kai greene 12 week bulking program and according to the diet plan i follow all the leads and strting doing exercise from the 1st day i feel pumped on all the body parts which i trained and it feels so good that i can't stopped. I do really like the books. I like the art, the creative story telling, and the information is great. I hate that they're short books and it takes several books just to cover one topic. For the price they're awesome though. I'd love to get my hands on print copies or a consolidated version
