There is so much knowledge in these books that really helps me in my Workout Goals. So much changing i see in my Diet and workout. I was bought also 2 Books Last year. That two really changes my workout style and brings massive improvements in my Body Bodybuilding Goals. kai is always my Inspiration. and my idol. Thank you so much.
I've already lost 6 pounds and I'm not even strict with my meals. My busy lifestyle dictates me to eat junk from time to time, but I try to follow Kai's book whenever I can... I definitely recommend he book to everyone who wants to improve their bodybuilding or any sport nutrition side. Highly recommended!
