Thanks to Kai I am getting in better shape and learning new things about my body that I didn't know about training.

So data the workouts have been great. What I’ve appreciated the most about the ebooks is getting to enjoy the creativity of Kai Greene. I think Kai is different than majority of the Olympia competitors, he has an extremely creative and inspirational mind that can be expressed in writing as well as his physique. People will bow down to Kai when he leaves this earth, it’s a shame they don’t appreciate as much now while he is still here.
