Its very good till now

It is great I’m felling good whith it, but I have a question I’m a beginner, the 12 week program had 2 parts when I’m supposed to start whith the second one?

Been following this for a couple days and notice a difference in my training

Hardcore and pumped

My biggest respect to Kai Greene, The only issue I saw and it was probably a typo unless intended to be like this, was on page 6. The paragraph under fats and carbs are identical. Also, when doing the formula for the diet it was a little confusing. I need more, I am still a huge fan and continue to follow you on IG / Youtube. This review is not intended to bash if not to share my findings. Thank Kai love the story of becoming a Giant.

Great! Second week in super sore and have never pushed myself to these limits. Having a plan to follow is the best to succeed in my opinion.
