- scramble organizing
I've only had a chance to overlook the material. I am in the 8 week transformation challenge workouts are great just got my food together, ran into the challenge 5 hours before start so this week has been a scramble organizing, planning, printing and prepping. Two thumbs up im looking forward to the next seven weeks.
I think myself as an experienced trainer and could name 10 exercises per muscle group without having to think, but these ebooks have added a new dimension. There are some new exercises but overall it is the structure of the workout and the intensity I’ve been training at. I am four weeks in the shred and already my bulky frame is leaning out the shape is coming. At 102kg and 15% body fat, I am excited to see what happens for the next eight weeks.
