Essential beginners plan
I thought all round very very informational, good detail I’m the workouts and how to approach certain exercises. I love the way Kai was able to show how the muscles are being worked and detailing the body parts work when training certain muscles, the workouts are very viscous, ferocious, be scared but be willing to put in the hard work as you will sweat, will want to quit but the experience and overall gain, outweighs all of that.
