Day 3 of week 1
So far so good!!! I've been doing rest-pause for a while now and been needin to switch it up. Kai loves supersets. That something that I never do, but the workout leaves me feeling great! I would Def recommend this one to a friend. It does the job quickly and effectively.
Makes me feel powerful
The language is easy to understand, yet epic and empowering. All nutrition and food is explained easily. The fat myth is debunked and explains it´s importance for the body. Its AWESOME to read. I read it everytime and can´t wait to start working out to be like Kai Greene.

I don´t know where this book was all my life. I wish I had this book when I started training. it debumked many mistakes I made at the gym. And also helps to up intensity every week on my workouts.
